I am so excited you're here! A little background about me:  I graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2005 with simultaneous bachelor’s degrees. One degree is in Dental Hygiene and the other in Dietetics and Institutional Administration. For my dental career, I am excited to practice both holistic and traditional dental hygiene and incorporate nutritional counseling. I LOVE learning so when those achievements weren't enough, I began my education in Quantum Biofeedback. After completing hundreds of hours of didactics and over 300 hours of one-on-one client sessions, I completed my Quantum Biofeedback Specialization in January of 2022. My current areas of interest include orthomolecular and functional medicine as well as quantum biofeedback. I take pride in staying on top of current research, in multiple disciplines, which includes reading both peer-reviewed literature and the various journals of holistic medicine. I very much enjoy having a knowledge base that goes beyond just focusing on dentistry and energy medicine. I love being able to share anything that I have learned with my dental patients and biofeedback clients that could help them in their own research and overall health. I take my career(s) seriously, which is why I am delighted to go the distance to help anyone I meet. I have been described by many as “a nerd with a lot of energy”. My children accuse me of instantly being everyone's best friend. I am honored to say that over the years many of my dental patients and biofeedback clients have become my personal friends outside of the office. When I am not nerding out; I like road trips, paddle boarding, watching the stars (yes, I have been known to be outside at 3:30 am on many nights) and creating stained glass pieces. I am married and have two “grown” children. I am proud to say I am a native Texan and that I have lived in Flower Mound since 1979.
